Compensation:$65,000+
Responsibilities:- Supervise and support 17 staff, including property managers, administrative assistants, and front desk personnel.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a well-equipped and organized workspace.
- Coordinate and schedule staff meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and annual reviews.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years managing a large group of employees in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of industry software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
