Maintenance and Repairs:Service and repair residential air conditioning systems, including central air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and heat pumps.
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting:Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues.
Routine Inspections:Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
Customer Interaction:Build trust through clear, professional communication while explaining issues and solutions.
Record Keeping:Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.
Safety and Standards:Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance.
Stay Sharp:Keep up with industry advancements and standards to continuously deliver the best service.
Experience Matters:At least3+ yearsas an HVAC Service Technician focusing on residential systems.
Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods.
Customer Focus:Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Certifications Required:EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license.
Reliability:Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Clean Record:Valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
